My Story
Having experienced war, family conflict, addiction, going through university working two jobs and starting a business with no money and no business knowledge, I know that life’s not always easy. But I’ve also learned that we can be in control, have our well-being intact, and achieve our goals no matter our circumstance.
How can we have well-being and reach our potential no matter what?
I’ve dedicated the past 14 years of my life to studying this question. From my graduate studies in psychology, to the deep conversations with experts and people in my coaching practice, what I found is that there are a few essential set of skills that allow us to have a solid foundation for wellness and optimal performance.
These are the skills I bring to you for the best results possible.

My Mission

Mental & Physical Health
A Holistic Approach
Both mental and physical health are needed to cultivate well-being and optimal performance. They are also important in every area of life. But often we exchange one problem for another because we don’t take a holistic approach to our challenges.
This is specially true when trying to balance our success and mental health. We feel that we have to sacrifice one for the other. However, the right approach allows us to have both, in addition to a thriving social life, deep happiness and fulfillment.
A holistic approach includes a healthy mind, a healthy body, a strong sense of who you are, knowing how to regulate emotions, and developing healthy relationships to effectively navigate the social world.
Transferring these skills is what my work is all about.
